• Help finding appropriate contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Provide bids for all work that has to be done.
• Keeping a record of all repair amounts from the biggest to the smallest.
• Remedy each situation within a certain time frame, and communicate this date to the owners.
• Notify the homeowner once the changes have been completed.
• Help finding appropriate professionals like lawyers, engineers, etc., if needed.
• Keep a close communication with government officials ,associations, or any third parties in relation with the owner property.
• Keep owners informed on what is happening in their nearest community.
• Provide an easy way of communication for each owner to discuss any concerns that may arise.

Our basic plan includes:

• Payment of vendor bills as requested including Electricity, Water, Cable TV and Internet Service.
• Payment of your Home Owners Association Fee if apply.
• Payment of your municipality taxes.
• Payments of your tax on luxury home if apply.
• Payment of your property insurance.
• Provide real-time accounting of property financials. (On the Internet)
• Prepare an annual report of all the maintenance to do at your property.
